License<\/strong><br \/>1.1 Scrumsimulationgame.org grants the Licensee a non-exclusive right to use the Software.<br \/>1.2 The license can be acquired as an annual license at a cost of \u20ac2000, which includes a VR headset.<\/p><p>1.3 With an annual license, the Software can be used unlimitedly during the licensing period.<\/p><p><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/p><p>2.1 Scrumsimulationgame.org is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the Software.<\/p><p>2.2 The Licensee indemnifies Scrumsimulationgame.org against claims from third parties related to the use of the Software.<br \/><br \/><strong>3. Technical Support &amp; Updates<\/strong><\/p><p>3.1 Scrumsimulationgame.org provides technical support for the Software to Licensees.<\/p><p>3.2 Scrumsimulationgame.org will inform licensees about any updates or changes to the Software.<br \/><br \/><strong>4. Payment Terms<\/strong><br \/>4.1 Payment for the annual license is to be made via Scrumsimulationgame.org's online platform.<\/p><p>4.2 Upon acquiring an annual license, an invoice will be dispatched to the Licensee, which should be paid within 30 days.<\/p><p><strong>5. Termination of License<br \/><\/strong>5.1 The Licensee can terminate the annual license with a notice period of one month.<\/p><p>5.2 In case of delayed payment, Scrumsimulationgame.org reserves the right to terminate the license.<\/p><p><strong>6. Intellectual Property<br \/><\/strong>6.1 All intellectual property rights of the Software remain the property of Scrumsimulationgame.org.<\/p><p>6.2 The Licensee is prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or making any adjustments to the Software.<\/p><p><strong>7. Hardware Requirements<br \/><\/strong>7.1 The Software is optimized for the included VR headset. Scrumsimulationgame.org is not responsible for performance issues on other devices.<\/p><p><strong>8. Data Protection<br \/><\/strong>8.1 Scrumsimulationgame.org does not collect personal user data via the Software.<\/p><p><strong>9. Disputes<br \/><\/strong>9.1 In case of disputes, both parties aim to resolve them through mutual discussion.<\/p><p>9.2 If necessary, disputes will be submitted to a competent court in the jurisdiction of Scrumsimulationgame.org's place of business.<br \/><br \/><strong>10. Delivery<\/strong><br \/>10.1 Once an order is placed, the delivery area covers all of Europe.<\/p><p>10.2 The expected delivery time is within 5 working days.<\/p><p>10.3 Shipping method utilized is Post NL.<br \/><br \/><strong>11.
